| The Community Impact & Development Coordinator supports the mission and sustainability of Ramey-Estep/Re-group by coordinating community engagement initiatives, supporting development, and strengthening the organization’s presence within community coalitions and partnerships. This role bridges programs, development, and external stakeholders to ensure community involvement and collaboration translate into measurable impact, visibility, and long-term support. | |

Education: | A Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Human Services, or related field from an accredited college or university is required. Equivalent experience in nonprofit management, social services, public health administration, or related field may be accepted in place of a Bachelor’s Degree. |
Experience: | Experience in community engagement, health promotion, or partnerships development is strongly preferred. |
Specific Skills andrequirements: | Must be at least 21 years of age. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Commitment to professionally representing RE. Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and insurability. Technical requirements include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any other applications used by the organization or regulatory agencies. Ability to understand and relate to the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to read, write, and converse in English. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen. Successful completion of a background screening. Successful completion of a TB skin test or proof of a negative chest x-ray or other documentation. |
Specialized Licenses or training: | Successful completion of Excellent Foundations. Maintain 20 hours of annual training. |
