Function: |
| The School-Based Services (SBS) Clinical Director is responsible for clinical leadership, oversight, and quality of all school-based behavioral health services. This role ensures that services delivered in school settings are trauma-informed, evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and fully compliant with federal, state, and agency requirements. This position oversees clinical programming, assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and outcomes or students receiving services in collaboration with school districts and community partners. |

Education: | A Master’s Degree from an accredited university in a clinical field, i.e., social work, counseling, or psychology, from an accredited college/university is required. |
Experience: | Supervisory experience is preferred. Experience in community-based programs is preferred. Experience in addressing trauma and promoting the recovery of children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and adults with serious mental illness (SMI) is preferred. Experience providing trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services in behavioral health or related settings is preferred. |
Specific Skills andrequirements: | Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have strong leadership and organizational skills. Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and insurability. Must have excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. Technical requirements include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any other applications the organization or regulatory agencies uses. Ability to understand and relate to the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to read, write, and converse in English. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen. Successful completion of a background screening. Successful completion of a TB skin test or proof of a negative chest x-ray or other documentation. |
Specialized Licenses or training: | Independent Licensure or independent license eligibility is required. Maintains 40 hours of Annual Training through Relias or other appropriate sources. Maintains at least minimum training for licensure. Attends all assigned training specific to job assignment. |

The rate of pay for this position starts at $75,000/annually.
This position offers a competitive salary and is eligible for a sign-on bonus starting at $3,000.
