| The Outpatient Clinical Services Director is primarily responsible for providing clinical support and direct supervision to the Assessment Team, Clinical Service Coordinators, and Therapists in the Outpatient Programs. | |

Education: | A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or other degrees with a clinical emphasis from an accredited college/university is required. |
Experience: | A minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health is preferred A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred. |
Specific Skills andrequirements: | Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have strong leadership and organizational skills. Must be able to adapt easily to an ever-changing environment. Must have the ability to multitask and manage within a fast-paced environment. Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and insurability. Must have excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. Technical requirements include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any other applications used by the organization or regulatory agencies. Ability to understand and relate to the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to read, write and converse in English. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen. Successful completion of a background screening. Successful completion of a TB skin test or proof of a negative chest x-ray or other documentation. |
Specialized Licenses or training: | Maintains 40 hours of Annual Training through Relias or other appropriate sources. Maintains at least minimum training for licensure. Attends all assigned training specific to job assignment. Independent licensure or be eligible for independent licensure as a behavioral health professional. |

The rate of pay for this position starts at $75,000/annually.
This position offers a competitive salary and is eligible for a sign-on bonus starting at $3,000.
